I have a Masters in Clinical Psychology and Masters in Business Administration.  I use evidence-based science backed theories in my practice.  I have led and managed teams, worked for a Fortune 100 firm, and changed careers to work for myself.

I will not talk to you about your authenticity.

 I will not humblebrag with lots of cliché advice.

I will not preach about essential oils, laws of attraction bs, or other sanctimonious twaddle.

Most importantly, I will not make you feel that you are not good enough as you already are.
